     1. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1000.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹600 will be charged a flat shipping rate of ₹42, Orders below ₹1000 and above ₹600 will be charged a flat shipping rate of ₹32, Orders above ₹1000 will be charged no shipping rate.

    2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment.
- You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once the order is dispatched.

   3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Our delivery partners typically deliver within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, or high demand).

  4. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship across India.
- International shipping is not available at this time.

  5. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status on the courier partner’s website.

  6. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will typically make two attempts to deliver your package.
- If the delivery fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you for reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery.

  7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete.
- EverEats will not be responsible for non-delivery or delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  8. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package is damaged or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date at evereats.hq@gmail.com.
- We will investigate the issue and assist you with a suitable resolution.
